








The project aims to balance between the sustainable and the elite aspects, by using local materials that could be built by local builders yet implemented within an elite structure. Brick is one of the most common materials used in architecture. It’s inexpensive, durable and versatile. Around 30 % of the world's population live in brick buildings, and according to forecasts this percentage is set to continue to rise. Bricks as masonry material have offered many advantages for centuries. The artificial stones are robust and durable, water-resistant and have a high load-bearing capacity. Due to their modularity, they offer a high degree of design freedom helping us to create flexible spaces to readjust. also, Bricks are a modular building material. From the material’s longevity to their connection with many cities’ existing building fabric, it is no wonder that they remain a popular building material for modern construction. Therefore, we used bricks to create a Climate-active Brick Façad
